Current goal: From 265# down to 200# by 12/31/2013 (Down to 250 in 3 months)
(I may be able to set a lower weight goal if things continue this way)

Reduce blood glucose to reasonable level. (Done in 3 months)
Favorite activities: reading (unfortunately)
Need help with: Exercise motivation; cutting back on "bad" foods, especially alcohol.
Geographic area: SE Michigan
More info: Overweight, out of shape, diabetic (with severe diabetic neuropathy), a ventral hernia, and bad knees and ankles, which make many kinds of exercise very painful.
