A lot of weight to lose? Topic


Does anyone out there that uses this app lose a lot of weight? I have a couple hundred to lose!


I don't count calories if that's what you mean. But I do watch the number of carbs and manage my vitamin and mineral macros. For weight loss, just cut out all sugars, carbs, and chemical nonsense and eat real whole foods with lots of saturated fat, and put the main focus on protein. Works like a charm.
