This may be a duplicate but doing a call out to

SSizemore and
Shellybean85

And anyone else who would like to be with an accountability group! We are here for you!

My weight goals have changed. Short term goal is to lose 3 lbs in one week. Long term goal is to lose 34 lbs by November 1.

How bout more of you chiming in if you’d like? Have a great day with MyNetDiary!

Mind if I join?

I say the more the merrier!!!
I did great yesterday, but kind of had a bad day today. I had a happy meal, but tomorrow is a new day!!!

I've gone over my budgeted calories three days in a row. I am a night snacker. I worked until 2am for three years, getting to sleep around 4am or later. Slept most of the day. I still sleep a good portion of the day, this being hungry at night. I need to eat more during the day, especially protein. Any ideas on low calorie protein option that take very little time to put together would be appreciated.

Hero, Glad to have you? What is your personal goal or challenge? It can be short term or long term. Once we know that, we can check in on you to see how you are doing! Welcome aboard!

I meant “glad to have you !!! (Not ?)

Shellybean85, LOVE your positive approach! I have yet to weigh in today, but that is next on my agenda…. Keep up the good work AND the positive outlook on minor slips along the way!!!

Hi KT10,
My fave go-to snack high in protein is Daisy brand reduced fat cottage cheese (I can't stand any other cottage cheese). For crunch, I add carrot sticks (like prewashed baby carrots so no chopping when I'm in a hurry).

Joanna wrote a helpful post about night shift eating - I think you might find it helpful too: https://www.mynetdiary.com/healthy-eating-tips-for-night-shift-workers.html

Here are more ideas for high protein snacks under 200 calories: https://www.mynetdiary.com/easy-high-protein-snacks.html

Also, check out the recipe library - you can filter by snacks.

Best,
Kathy (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

I’d love to join, i always eat in my calories and sometimes under( i know that’s bad) but i don’t feel like eating some days

Hey all, checking in. Doing better with the night snacking! I’ve been really working at eating more during the day which is helping. I’m down 2 lbs this week with a total of 5.4lbs in 17 days. I keep reminding myself slow and steady wins the race. I hope y’all are having a great week 💜
