Advice for diet for pre-diabetic Topic


Hi all, new app user. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic last week therefore I would really appreciate advice on daily carbs and sugar levels. I know nothing about this subject so any advice/tips would really helpful. TIA


Hi U1196182735, Welcome to MyNetDiary! Did you know that losing 5-7% of your weight and exercising for at least 30 minutes most days of the week is the best way to help prevent diabetes?

As far as carbs and sugar go, I would choose the lower-carb plan with less than 40% calories from carb as a start. Here are some links with info to help you get started.
