Afraid of the scales Topic


I have avoided tracking lately as I am scared I have put weight back on. Tonight I finally weighed in but I’m happy with it :) I may not be tracking but I’m keeping up with training and finally starting to increase it ??

So yes I have put on but! That weight I put on is muscle mass! And I’m at my lowest fat percentage since starting!

This is such a relief! As it seems if I’m correct I have gained 3kg muscle while increasing my body water and bone mass!
