My husband and I drink quite a bit. I have switched from seltzers, beer and vodka to whiskey with zero sugar low calorie soda or flavored water. Any other tips on how to lose weight when you drink way too much? 😂

Glad to hear you are looking at ways to lower your alcohol volume and calories. Tracking alcohol consumption may also help you notice how alcohol use affects your sleep patterns, blood pressure, and blood sugar. You may also observe whether you eat more food when using alcohol, given that alcohol can increase your appetite and lower inhibitions. Many people are pleasantly surprised at how much better they feel when they cut back on alcohol and how much easier it is to lose weight.
