Hi all. I’m from the UK (Lincs if anyone local wants to be buddies), team gay, married and type 2 diabetic (hereditary).

I’ve tried all the clubs (WW, SW especially), and most of the apps but this is the one I prefer as my foods, water, bloods, exercise and macros are just there on the one screen.

Food wise I’m lower carb not keto because in a 12 hour job with cycling commutes and a lot of workouts and dog walking in my free time I need that slow release energy so I like seeded bread, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, whole grain cereal etc.

Anyways, as this is my new home now I just wanted to say hiya 👏 and I look forward to seeing your journeys, tips and tricks

Hi I’m new here too, I am currently 177lbs and I am realistically trying to get between 145-150 by my birthday in September so I’m going to need support mentally😭


Hey I’m new too, and also team gay, I was at 172lb when i started with this app and i’ve gotten down to 165.4lb, its a small difference in a long term goal but every bit matters. If you guys have any suggestions on how to have more “green” days than “yellow” days let me know! It’d be much appreciated!! :)
