Almost at Goal but… Topic


I’ve been overdoing it with food for at least a week and my weight is starting to rise. :/
It’s mostly emotional eating. I’ve lost 25 lbs so far and had 2 left until I would be at my 132 goal.
This past week the number went to 136, today it’s 135 and the low has been 134.

I thought I could remotivate myself by using fresh start and changing my goal from 132 to 126. I will say a positive is I’ve been more consistent with being active.

the goal is to aim for my bmr daily but allow for up to about 200 cal over that daily, actually right now the real goal seems to be to avoid the red zone. :/


Fear of success maybe? Because what happens at goal? Maintaining healthy weight is a goal to be worked on also. Well done for coming so far, !,
