No matter what I do I can't seem to unlink this app from Apple Health. Please advise

Hi Alilew65-
Sorry you have run into this road block.
Here's how to stop allowing Apple Health to export data to MyNetDiary:
Go into Apple Health Settings >Privacy>Appls>MyNetDiary and toggle off under "Allow MyNetDiary to read" the different areas.

In my Apple Health app, it’s under the Sharing tab > Apps > MyNetDiary (or Carb Genius).
