At Goal! Now What?! Topic


First, let me say that this is a fantastic program. If it’s used consistently and accurately, it can do wonders! I logged every bite of food that went into my mouth -even a teaspoon -everything, and it took me a good four years, but I lost 120 pounds! And best of all I’m keeping it off! But I think it’s the benefit of writing everything down because you see where your trends are. You can locate areas when you might feel stressful and you notice that you’re eating sweets or carbs or ice cream. But finding people to talk to on this particular site is a little difficult. I would say: post for yourself and if somebody is answering you that’s great! Good luck everyone. you can do this.


Congratulations! I think that's absolutely amazing! I agree about both the program and the communication. Honestly, I am on MND a gazillion times a day between logging food, meds, glucose readings, updating my personal blog and seeing if my steps are transferring over from my watch, but I rarely check communities. Only at times I like this, a quiet Sunday night. Congratulations again!
