Starting back on this app, not sure which day I want as weigh day? Any suggestions to which might be better? (Was thinking since this is my start back day maybe I should pick today)?? Also does anyone do IF? If so how is it working for you and any suggestions on that?

I'd suggest weighing 1-2/week. Although the choice is very individualized. Since you are starting back today, it makes sense to document your progress.
