Best ways to track while sick Topic


I’m feeling very sick today and can’t keep even water down. I just tried a handful of pretzels but I don’t want the app to think I’m starving myself with only 28 calories so far today. Does this matter in terms of progress or should I just do my best and keep tracking today?

I am sorry you are sick today. Be in touch with your doctor! Not being able to keep even fluids down can lead to dehydration quickly.

Not tracking for a day or two is not the end of the world. It will not ruin all of your hard work. Simply return to tracking when you are feeling better. Best, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

I’ve been sick with a tummy bug over the weekend too and only tacked minimal kgs.
I ended up writing a note for this weekend so in time I can look back at the notes and then remember why I hardly ate anything.
