Binge eating and stress Topic


I am guilty of binge eating when stressed, which happens often. I am working to lessen stress and eat better, buts not easy. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks


What worked for me was actually tossing out foods from my pantry or fridge that weren’t beneficial to my fitness goals. I know it sounds generic but I truly benefit from finding delicious and simultaneously healthy recipes on the internet. In general, I feel most stressed when I don’t have any health goals or pride in my work, but once I approached every day as part of my journey to craft a better self, it just seemed natural to overcome the short frustrations of life as just small road bumps to an otherwise quite enjoyable journey knowing I’m caring for the body I was given. Best of luck to you, remember everyone struggles, but just like a blacksmith hardening a blade, it must be beaten up and put in burning hot flames in order to become stronger.
