Binge eating but not rly Topic


So i have adhd and can get rly fidgety, and my way to cope with it is to eat (so im always “doing” something) and recently ive resorted to chewing gum, but i heard that its not healthy to always chew gum.
Does anyone know how to healthily cope with it?

(Ive thought about getting fidget toys like fidget cubes)

Hi! I have ADHD and struggle with this too, it always depends on whether I am working on a project or not. When I feel restless I usually go and get a diet soda or a large glass of water and drink it while scrolling my socials. hope this helps!

PS. fidget toys can be helpful too!

Yes!! That helped me SO much! I bought a pretty/cute water bottle and filled it up with water! I was sipping on it all day, and not only is it good for hydrating ur body, it is good for not eating crap for no reason:)
