It’s my moms birthday in 3 days and I know ima have to eat cake along with my omad and I’m scared that I might binge so now I’m working out excessively to counter act that day if it happens


You got this honestly just take it slow don’t stress too much on it and you got this I promise 🫶


It’s ok to have cake. You need to learn a healthy relationship with food. Do not start unhealthy habits, such as, over exercising due to eating a sweet. Have a small portion, don’t overdo it. Allow yourself the calories that day for a slice of cake. But just bc you are over exercising today, doesn’t mean it will help you in 3 days. If anything you are just over exerting yourself. You will be fine. Like I said just allow the calories for a small piece and then work out the usual amount when you get home.

It’s ok to have a sweet every once in a while. Don’t over exercise Bc you could hurt yourself badly.
