Bulking tips Topic


Anyone have tips for bulking and stuff that tastes good while also being easy to cook


My understanding is you will require a lot of good quality proteins & healthy fats. Boiled eggs, rotisserie chicken, protein bites (many recipes out there). Avacado, nut butters, nuts.
And of course a lot of time & effort strength training.
