GUYS! i need advice!!
how on earth do i stop getting calorie surplus?? TT
i know it’s because i’m continuing to over-eat and go off my calorie budget but i just can’t help it because i’m always hungry and i can’t help but eat! it isn’t my fault food is so good…ʅ(◞‿◟)ʃ


The time of day and how often you eat also effects you too. Maybe start setting a routine on times of the day you can eat. And stay out the kitchen or away from snacks at other times. Focus on what you’re eating. Don’t eat cause it’s yummy, eat because it’s better for you. If you crave ice cream. Looks for low calorie ice cream or sub in fruits like watermelon or frozen bananas. Another tip would be leaving a few bites on your plate. Try to leave 2-3 bites left on your plate anytime you eat. It can help reduce your intake. Pay attention to when your are close to full not actually full.


Have you tried drinking a lot of water?


Eat lean meats and also try to eat super healthy carbs like quinoa and chickpeas, they’ll give you plenty of energy but not too many calories. If you do takeout, check out the menu to see if they post caloric content of each meal, you’ll get a good idea of what will fit into your food calorie budget.


Eat low calorie dense foods, for example, switch potato chips for popcorn, and candy for fruits. Small changes help. I really like Greg Doucette’s cookbook, but it’s a bit expensive.

I related to you problem so much! Food taste so good when you are trying to lose weight. I lost weight just by portioning my food and working out. I still ate junk food but I portioned the size of my intakes and drank nothing but water. No soda nor juice or milk.


And then I did cardio. I’m in weightlifting and that also helps but at that time the season ended so I only focused on cardio like Chloe ting and lily sabri and I still lost weight. Good luck my friend.
