Can’t seem to lose any weight eating the correct calories 😢 Topic


I work hard I get anywhere between 11,000-15,000 steps a day I eat the account of calories they have me but the scale want move and I am really frustrated.


It’s because you don’t eat the right calories ,500 calories from ice cream doesn’t equal 500 calories from banana


How’s your vegetable intake? If you plan in eating vegetables at all three meals,you should see the scale move more


I’ve found that MyNetDiaries didn’t give me the correct calorie calculations despite inputting accurate information, so instead find a calorie calculator on google and input the result into the app :)


I eat mostly healthy I ain’t eating ice cream I eat high protein mostly try to stay under 100 carbs and they are good carbs . I do eat lots of vegetables not every meal . My breakfast is always the same . Sugar free zero sugar yogurt, keto break slice , string cheese that’s my normal breakfast. 170 calories. I am not perfect but I always try and make smart food choices. I will definitely look up google calorie and see I know other app give me different numbers like lose it gave me 220 calories more that this app.


Make sure to eat protein. I do intermittent fasting & that is working for me.


You also need to be to active. You don’t just lose weight eating correctly you also need to go out and walk or go for a run. Go on an adventure! But eating the right calories is the right path to start keep it up!!


Noom definitely moved weight faster for me, than MyNetDiary but I be was always hungry. I lost 12kg in 7 months, but also went to the gym 3-4 times a week for weights and cardio. Moved home recently and noticed 3-4kg have returned. My teen so uses this app and it has really worked for him, so I will persevere. Back at the gym 4 days a week now too, let’s see how it goes


Just make sure to count everything you eat and eventually it will go down!
