1g protein per body weight. Use the app to adjust for a calorie deficit. When you type in the amount of protein you need it will adjust carbs and fat accordingly.

Why when I set my protein, carbs and fat target does it keep changing? I need to follow my Drs. avvice, I have paid $60. But it keeps changing my numbers.


Hi Suzib123-Make sure you have disabled the "Auto-pilot" feature. You can find it under My Weight Plan. Then under Planning Tools, you'll want to turn "off" the Auto-pilot feature. This feature automatically adjusts your calorie budget and macros to guide you to your target weight and date.
