Coconut lime pops Topic


Hello - another question please! These look great so I’ve ordered some moulds but I wondered if “mix” meant blend or stir - not sure if retaining the texture of the coconut chips is important. I checked online and there are lots of similar recipes but their calorie count is 150-170 per item - is that just accounted for by 1/6th of the 1/3 cup maple syrup in the whole recipe? Also, what size moulds is the recipe for - if it makes 6 from one cup of milk they can’t be the ones pictured can they? Confused ! Thank you.


Hello again - my moulds arrived today so I tried this - only fills 2.5 or a scant 3 so you might like to adjust the recipe? I got the standard Zoku moulds, nothing huge! Anyway hope they taste ok tomorrow - they’re in the freezer!

Thanks for your comment. We may adjust the suggested serving size based on your observation. For 3 servings, they still would be only 60 calories each- not bad!
Blending or stirring methods are both fine. It would depend if you want the texture of the coconut or not. As the recipe notes, cold coconut milk is harder to incorporate.
