Hello. I started my diet of 1500 calories and fasting two days a week about a month ago. In December my weight was 178 today it was 182 am I doing something wrong? I thought losing the after baby fat would be easier than this. I just want to get back to 135!! I know depression can play a part on weight. But any tips??

Hi C. Over the years I have found that 30-40 minutes of high intensity coupled with a once a week long low intensity activity(2 hours or longer) can help burn the fat. I was doing the 10,000 steps a day, a little over 4 miles a day but found I hit a limit with no more gains.

HI U1194497687-
Sorry to hear the scale is not reflecting your hard work!
Losing weight after having a baby is challening. Especially if you are working, and up at night feeding or tending to your baby.
Be kind to yourself during this time! I hear you want to lose weight FAST, though I wonder if you might find it helpful to focus on something other than the scale right now? This article provides some ideas:

Might you take a break from intermittent fasting (IF)? Research shows that individuals lose about the same amount of weight with calorie restriction as they do with IF. This article provides more: https://www.mynetdiary.com/intermittent-fasting-and-weight-loss.html

I’m having the same issue. 7 months pp and for whatever reason despite caloric deficit and exercise plus breastfeeding- my body will NOT go beyond 164

I put on 5 stone with both my pregnancies and lost it through not exactly dieting but just not eating badly or snacking, breastfeeding and 2 exercise classes a week - so I’d say try a exercise class failing that walking
