Late night binge eating has ALWAYS been my downfall. Of course simply going to sleep early would be the answer right? But that’s just not the kind of person I am. I like to enjoy my nights However the variety of junk food available and temptation always gets me. I’ve found that removing temptation from the equation and creating more healthier options to be the answer to this. Im getting to my goal and I’m going to keep pushing through!
