"Daily" Challenge Topic


Hi all,

I just joined this group and need to lose weight and get in better shape. I seem to need a good kick in the butt to get started, so . . . I'm putting out a daily challenge to help motivate me (and hopefully motivate you as well). If you like challenges, check back on this topic and post a challenge (at least a couple per week, if not daily). Here is today's daily challenge. I call this the Spartan 300 (but for a 40+ year old - LOL). Do 100 pushups, 100 situps, and 100 squats before the end of the day. Break it up into manageable sets (for example do 10 pushups, 10 squats, and 10 situps during every commercial when watching TV, or when taking a break from your computer -- you get the picture). Do this 10 times and you're done! If anyone wants to take the challenge, give me a "Woot Woot" and let me know if you reached the goal!


It looks like due to lack of response, this will be a weekly challenge :-) Or maybe if no one responds then I will kill the thread.
