I used to be able to find a daily food grade for the combination of all the foods I’ve eaten. I’m unable to find this upon returning to use MND. Would someone please point me in the right direction?

Hi there Droogles- Welcome back to MyNetDiary!
We are currently offering the traditional food grade, keto food grade and low-carb food grade. The corresponding food grade becomes available in the app based on the Premium diet you select.
-The food grade is a great way to compare like items. Especially if you are at the market and trying to decide for example which cereal is the healthiest for your eating plan.
We do not have a meal food grade, though I am happy to pass along this request to our development team. They appreciate hearing from folks who are using the app!
Finally, you may be interested in this article which goes into more detail about the equations used to determine the traditional food grade: https://www.mynetdiary.com/food-grade.html

Hi Droogles-
I stand corrected! The food grade is available on the web and mobile app for individual meals as well as the entire day. Here's how to find it:
From your dashboard tap "All Meals" Then in the upper right-hand corner tap the circle with the three dots. Then tap "Day Food Report." Next tap that same circle with the dots and select "Nutrient List" >"All Nutrients."
Then as you scroll across you'll see the Food score column.
Thank you for helping me learn something new about the app. Cheers to tracking! Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

I recently logged a "garden salad" and it got a food grade of D. Seriously? Anyone know of a reason why?

Does anyone know a best way to log vitamin supplements on the daily food log?

Hi U1196327616,
You can either enter them along with food or in medication section. Some vitamin supplements are already available in the database, such as Centrum-Women multivitamin-mineral supplement or D3 1000IU vitamin supplement or you can create a custom food in your database. If you would like to include vitamin supplements into your daily vitamin totals, you should enter them along with food or create them as custom foods. They will not be added to daily totals if entered in the medication section. Hope this helps! Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
