Day 2 ✌🏻of the November Diet‼️ Topic


Started the morning off with two soft boiled eggs and 1 slice of keto toast.
Began my workout for 20 mins in the treadmill with incline of 6 and speed of 3.5 burned 188cals.
We are going to a seafood buffet later for 4pm so I will save my appetite and Cals I have left for dinner. MAKING GOOD CHOICES!
