Day 3 of 100 Topic


Brought DJ home so I have something to ride again which meant I got my love and calorie rings closed. (Started wearing the watch again). Might need a new one as battery dies part way through the day. But for now, it’s good. Waiting to eat until mid day help control calorie count and keep it below the 1200 mark. Need to remember the good big source of high protein, like shrimp.
