Hi Mar, I think your goal weight is reasonable (130 lb, BMI 21.0), but don't push the weight loss per week to meet it at breakneck speed. As a 16 yo, you are still growing so you want to be especially careful not to go too low in calories and nutrients. Aim for a weight loss closer to only 1/2 lb per week at this point since you are already at a healthy weight. The modest 250 calories deficit will be much easier to achieve with a healthier intake (and also, not excessively high calories burn from exercise). Does that make sense?
Once you reach your goal weight, hang there and see how it feels. Your ultimate goal weight of 115 lb (BMI 18.6) is quite low and I recommend that you not push to reach that - it simply increases nutritional risk.
