Exercising Topic


Hello,
I am a newbie and I was wondering if exercise besides walking would count towards my daily step goal? Loosing weight and exercising is very important for my disease, however, there are only certain types of exercise that I am limited to. Also, I can only walk when my husband is with me and that is only 2 days per week. Chair yoga is wonderful! There are also exercises held on zoom and videos on Stanford’s website that are great for me too. Can I log it some other way? Thanks so much for the assistance.


Hi AngS, yes you can log your exercise by tapping on "Exercise" to the left of the apple on the dashboard. You can manually enter your specific exercise type and minutes there. Hope this helps! Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
