I try to jog 3 times a week, 5 miles each. I seem to have very little energy, but I push through the exercise anyway. I am hoping this is something that my body will adjust to.
History: I am 69 and have been on low-carb for three weeks, the first two weeks were in the keto range. My weight loss has leveled, 7 lbs so far, out but I think that will change. Need to lose 7 more.

Weight training helped me, not as taxing as cardio but still effective when done correctly
Exercising during the low-carb plan
