Hi! My weight is not my problem, but I do have some fat on my legs and belly I want to burn asap. Does anyone have some good tips how control my fat %?

Unfortunately, we cannot really spot-reduce body fat. However, aerobic exercise and weight resistance exercises can help us improve strength, endurance, and contribute to a more attractive musculature. Can you work with a trainer to help you follow a supportive exercise program that includes both aerobic and weight resistance?
