Hi folks, first time I have used this app and I’m just curious if anyone has lost weight doing it😀

Hey, how long did it take you to lost that weight? And did you have a workout routine?


I’ve lost about 80lbs all together but I’ve had this app for like a month and lost 10 pounds on it.


80 lbs? That’s staggering, Lucas. Wow. You must be glowing with pride! At least, I would be. Mind you, I glow if I lose a quarter of a pound. The exertion I put on myself is… well, it’s not stressful, to say the least. It’s actually nearer to relaxing. sigh.

You need to input your current weight, weight desired, or first goal. I have mine set to lose 3/4 pound a week and the app figures it out. :) on the left look through the app guide. The better you understand how it works the better this tool will serve you. But YOU need to do the work.


I have been using the app for about 2 weeks and lost 8pounds


I’ve had the app for a month and lost around 10lb. I was on a low calorie diet in first 2 weeks as a kick start now I’m expecting/hoping around 1-2lb loss a week. I’m eating around 1000 calories a day and exercising 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes HIIT cardio, 30 minutes weights. I’m around 19lb from my target weight
