Fit to be Healthy Topic


I just started on Saturday, July 1 and I’m doing the Mediterranean diet only because I have been having issues with a lot of joint pain so I’m going to give it a try. So far I’m down 3 pounds and I work out at the gym, call Jabz Boxing, been doing that over a year and a half and love it and it’s a great place to work out and have made some great friends. I’m just tired of being in the 200s her over 2 1/2 years. I cannot get in the 190’s. I just want to feel good, and to be healthy and feel good about myself. #Firegrl56 #fittobehealthy23 #Jabzboxingpa

Moving forward never say “cannot.” Say I will. You keep working out and eating better, you’ll get there. If you go off your routine, it get back on schedule. Don’t give up.
