Flexitarian Topic


Does anyone have experience with this way of eating? I’m cutting back on meat, especially red meat but don’t want to commit to full vegetarian. Looking to connect with others interested in this lifestyle change.

I too have cut out red meat and pork from my diet for the last 2 weeks. So far, I've eaten a lot of salmon and chicken. I hope to eventually just eat fish on occasion.


I'm a lacto-ova vegetarian. BUt a great way to go if you want to cut down on red meat is to check out the Mediterranean diet...very little red meat, but fish, nuts, legumes, etc. Might be just right


Hi all , I’m Jackie and just joined, 3st to lose. I eat mainly plant based with occasional fish like salmon/cod and prawns. Is there a way to add how many portions of fruit or veg you eat a day to the dashboard? Trying to aim for 30 different ones per week.
Has your journey to lose weight been easiywitj this app? I don’t think I ate enough protein before, so the macros info is really useful
