Fuelling exercise Topic


Hello.
I’ve tried a few apps and this is the absolute best I’ve used. I’ve lost 9 kilos of fat with it and a lot of exercise.Thank you!

What kind of carbohydrates would you recommend before a workout? Does the type of exercise matter e.g. strength training vs hiit.

As far as fueling before a workout..... it depends on the duration and intensity of each type of workout. Most people will have sufficient energy to get through their workout by eating a simple snack, if it has been more than 3 hours since their last meal.
