Getting 150g protein in without having to eat meat or eggs Topic

Hi guys I need some help in finding ways to get enough protein in for the day from a vegetarian diet.

I do eat chicken and fish but I’m so tired of having to eat chicken everyday. Was thinking of going veg for a few days a week but I’m struggling with finding enough protein

How are you eating a vegetarian diet when you eat chicken and fish? You need to check out the plant based or vegetarian alternatives in your local supermarket. The range of vegetarian / vegan alternatives available now is great.!

Hello Yuvi-
Welcome to MyNetDiary!
Here are some of my favorite plant-based protein sources:
1. Beans
2. Nuts and nut butter including peanut butter and almond butter
3. Soy milk and edamame (whole soybeans).
4. Grains contain some protein. Check out quinoa and oatmeal.
5. Veggie burgers
6. Plant-based protein powders such as those made from yellow peas.
