Getting bigger gaining more muscle and look good Topic

Hey, I’m 16 going to the gym at least 4x a week. im currently 65 kilos and want to get to 70kg by December. Should I be eating mainly healthy foods like a lot of protein, carbs and fats or just eat a lot and a lot of anything (like junk food) ? Thanks

From my “extensive knowledge”, the healthier the better. Your macro split should resemble 2.5 grams of protein, 6 grams of carbohydrates, and 1.5 grams of fat all of which are per kg of body weight. Remember, doing your own research is always best for this type of thing depending on your lifestyle and such.

Ok thank you 👏👍
