I started using this app on 11 Oct 2020. On that day I weighed in at 205lbs. Today, on 6 Oct 2021, I was able to log in at my goal weight of 135lbs. That’s 70lbs (over a third of my body weight) gone and my target reached in only a year. Hurrah!
If you’d told me when I started that this could happen I would have said you were mad. But here I am, wearing UK size 10 jeans for the first time in over 30 years, and working out how to take in my favourite winter coat.
Thank you MyNetDiary. You definitely helped keep me on track (and to recover when I did occasionally go off the rails). I don’t think I could have done half so well without you : )
So, my next challenge is maintenance, but I know that you will help me with that too and the food logging habit you have helped me develop will continue.
