Does anyone else feel disappointed or upset with themselves when they’re in the “orange” or “red”?

🙋🏻♀️ I do! I can be a bit hard on myself. I’m kind of a perfectionist so it really bugs me if I’m not on target. But I try to remind myself that it’s more about progression rather than perfection.

Hi U118980299- Sorry to hear you are struggling~
While tracking food & exercise can be valuable for users wanting to improve their health, for some people it can lead to frustration. Perhaps take some time to focus on the positive habit changes you have been making. For example, are you eating 3 meals/day? Are you eating more veggies now? Are you taking time to drink water? What's going on during the days when you are in the green? I know for me, I set myself up for success on the days when I plan my meals ahead of time and pack my lunch the night before.
Pat yourself on the back for making time each day to track! It takes focus and attention to map out what you are eating and to make healthy food choices.
