Happy to see results Topic


Ive been using this app for 3wks now. It’s been great. Ive seen results but most importantly I’m learning how to eat and when. Choosing to eat healthy meals 3 times a day and a few snacks in between. I’m learning to eat smaller potions and to recognise when I’m fool. Filling my plate with vegetables, protein and carbs AND not feeling bad because I’ve eaten a balanced meal. Sometimes I have about 350 calories left at the end of the day. Rather than cake or ice cream I use them up with protein bars. I would eat too much all the time and unhealthy snacks over the years.

Starting weight 75kg, daily calories 1,396, target 65kg

All in all I’d say it’s working well, I’ve learnt how to eat and make healthier choices while seeing results. I feel better about myself, but by bit. Keep going.. find what works for you with food and best wishes
