I need some ideas for small healthy snacks for between meals. Ones that taste good please lol


I looked up healthy snacks on the Internet and found an article about 50 healthy snacks. Great options


Hummus and vegetables for dipping, frozen grapes, berries and yoghurt or chia pudding, roast legumes, cheese or peanut butter with an apple or whole grain crackers, boiled egg with dukkah


Roast seaweed, home made trail mix using popcorn and dried fruit an seeds or nuts of your choice - or just the popcorn! rice cakes with sliced avocado, roast veggies with spices - cauliflower or carrot roasted with cumin and salt is good, vegetable sticks and salsa, small bowl of vegetable soup like miso

Personally, I really like roasted veggies such as cauliflower and brussel sprouts. I think they are very tasty cold. Popcorn! I like to make it with a little olive oil and sea salt. There’s a bagged kind made with coconut oil and Himalayan pink salt that’s really good. High fiber/low calorie really helps!


I love popcorn too. Paprika and garlic powder or a little parmesan on it is really tasty. Eat it suoer slow. One kernel at a time tastes the same as 4 or 5 at a time. You cant taste it after you swallow it so make it last. More satisfying
