Hi
I am a newbie.
Have repeatedly tried to lose weight.
Have failed :((
Hopefully I succeed this time.
Few years ago was very depressed and lost 10 lbs but it came right back .
This time I am planning to log on religiously what I eat and plan to lose weight very slowly but steadily over a years time.
Please wish me luck and I wish you all too.
Feel very discouraged and disappointed with myself about my unsuccessful attempts to lose weight until now ??

Many people do not have success on their first (second, or third...) attempt at weight loss. You are not alone!
