Hello can anyone help. I'm premenopausal been following low calorie intake for 2 weeks now and not lost nothing. Could this be due to premenopausal/menopausal? TIA

Welcome to MyNetDiary! Sorry to hear the scale is not reflecting your hard work. I realize this can be frustrating and cause doubt in the tracking process.
Are you able to prioritize exercise? This is important during perimenopause and menopause.

However, we suggest turning off the setting "Add exercise to calorie budget." This feature can be turned off under Settings. This way, you don't end up eating back the calories you burned through activity.
