hi, i’m new to this. i’ve been in the gym for 2 months & feel like i see no progress. i’m going to start a caloric deficit tomorrow & need some motivation 😵‍💫

I was almost dismayed but the scale don’t lie weight is easy to put on n hard to get off I started Jan 17th at 250 I’m 233 and it honestly didn’t seem that long 1 thing I don’t do is over exert myself n u try not to overthink, I set my goal weight n my step count I didn’t weigh every day b/c it can be very discouraging but do t give up and congrats on your new journey !
