How are you going on your health/ weight loss journey? Topic


I have lost 18.5kg in 10 months.
Definitely a mind over matter approach.
Have I struggled? Yea the new year celebrations took me a step back and I stopped tracking but I soon got back to it. I know they say to incorporate protein into every meal but I’m finding it hard to hit my protein goals.. even with recipes and watching them on tik tok. Probably because I’m just not very hungry. I am loving salted caramel protein yoghurt & oddly my sweet tooth I had before has mostly settled. I don’t restrict myself if I want something I’ll just make sure it fits my calorie deficit. But tbh I’ve received so many compliments on my weight loss but some days I can’t see the change.. seeing as I have the same amount to lose I’m pretty sure I’m going to end up with body dysmorphia. But hey I’m reinventing myself so maybe I have to get to know the new me :) tell her about your journey? What have you learnt? What have you overcome? What are you proud about :)
