How do I stay on track? Topic

“It seems I make every excuse in the book from its too hot to it’s too cold to I’m tired I have a gym membership and still struggle to go any one have advice on how to keep myself motivated”

I’ve struggled with this a lot lately too. For me it was a change of environment that made me lose motivation for the gym. My advice would be to do little things that will push you in the right direction. So, for me, I love to workout in the mornings and I would always set out my gym clothes and shoes the night before. Or if you have trouble drinking enough water, make sure your water bottle is on the counter and visible. It’s all about reducing the friction between you’re current state and that task. Hope this helps! :)

I totally agree with that GYM member ship issue. For me, it normally last 3-4 months. However, early this year I started this in home PT session. I only do it once a week to help me to not give up. We all have some week filled with birthday parties and girls nights, but after a heavy training session, I feel I earned those bad food and keep going. Lost 10cm on my waist, I can now ware pre-pregnancy dress! So I thk the idea is to not give up, whatever you do, if you dnt give up, you will get there!

I hate the whole idea of gym workouts, let alone getting there. I have wonderful yoga workout dvds, nice equipment that didn’t cost much. And can choose morning or evening workouts at home. Win win for me, peace And strength!
