In my entire life I have a problems to follow a losing weight journey, I start and I lose my goals immediately.
Why happen it? How can I be focus on it in long term?

I am now on a diet and am trying hard to lose weight. I kind of fell off the wagon is a way though because I can't stop eating sugar and snacks. I am upset with myself for eating so much sugar and gaining back like 5 pounds. I am back down by 2 pounds, but still. It's all that sugar and salt and calories that made me gain it back. I need to cut back again. But, as we all know, somedays that can be easier said than done. I need motivation to lose weight and cut back on sugar especially. So, I hid my candy from view so I can't see it. I really really need to not eat much for snacks after the dinner hour. That is part of my problem along with all the sugar. I am addicted to sugar. What else can I do to lose weight? I have been adding back in more exercise again. For a while I wasn't really getting any exercise, but within the past week, I have added back in some. I have been trying for the minimum at least of 30 minutes each day, but it can be hard to get started each day. What tips do you all have for losing weight?
