I’m trying to figure out if I should count calories or carb????

I try to keep my food more toward the vegetarian side by the little bit of meat. My vegetarian consist of vegetables with protein like beans.


I also watch my portions so that has a lot to do with it. I do not try to stop myself and I drink a lot of water.
