Hi guys I’m new and just downloaded the app today. If anybody has and tips for weight loss and healthy eating please let me know!


I walking 50k a day and eat about 100g of protein for about 2 week I lost 3 kg


While walking 50k a day is really impressive it isn’t needed for weight loss, I recommend to make sure you are counting everything you eat, (even cheat meals) try to incorporate more protein into your diet as it fills you up more, and just stay consistent and watch the weight drop!
