I’m trying to track Topic


Some days I literally go with out food and I still gain weight. Not like one day. I’m in the level 2 obese category… I’ll go several days & sleep because hungry and it’s easier. I’ll drink lots of water (it could be water weight). It’s so disheartening


How do I do I track nothing?


The app will tell me to log food but I’ve had none


I work a sedentary job 14hours a day but have still upped steps from less than 1000 to 5000


I work 14 days on 14 hours a day and then have 13 days off. On the days that I do eat I teach so exact.. under 1580 calories… I only lose 2 lbs a month doing that. Starving and fasting. This week I went to a homecoming and lived like a normal human and gained back 1/2 4 months of losing. That slow of losing sucks! To have a meal that I feel full on and stay in calorie deficit I’m starving always. What do you all do? I have to give up life to make my joints work when I’m old? Having a down day obviously but how do you all do this?
