hello im new to this can someone help me pleaseee im only 13 and i want to log in all of my calories for my dinner but i dont cook so i have no idea how many calories it is can anyone give me suggestions on how to log a whole dinner


Yea ofc! Personally I just don’t eat what other people make, but you can make sure to weight everything so it is accurate and watch while they are making it so you can make sure you track all the calories and just make sure you know how much you got. It is also helpful to always over track by a little if your not totally sure how much it is, like if you weighed everything and it came out to 300 calories track it as 350. I hope this helps!
